They were the first service to answer my inquiry about a repair. I shared photos with them giving them an idea as to the nature of the repair. I received a phone call later in the day about the specifics of the repair while discussing price and a preliminary appointment time. Follow up text messages set the appointment time. When they arrived, they performed the measurements quickly and properly. The work was completed flawlessly and within a very reasonable time frame. They even did cleanup( not that there was a lot of clean up) in a professional matter. I would highly recommend them in the future.

My company needed assistance with woodworking for a client of ours. In talking with Tom it was apparent he is knowledgeable about wood and the proper ways to fix dings/scratches/gouges. While we didn't ultimately hire Tom (due to our client's expectations of our product), what I did appreciate was his quick responses and his honesty about the project. Both of those qualities seem hard to find these days.

Didn’t get a chance to work with Tom because maintenance is going to handle the issue, but he sent me a quote very quickly, was very polite and very professional.
I had the pleasure of watching Miguel do an amazing job with a pocket door in my house. The door was broken since I moved into my house and he came prepared with everything needed to get the job done effectively… and he was prompt at arrival!!! He offered other suggestions to make life easier for my elderly mom who uses the room … excellent work!
