Introduction
My name is Jordan Cromeens and I am a fitness professional based out of the North Shore of Long Island, NY. I work with people of all ages, and different backgrounds from Golfers and Tennis players looking to better their game, to people who are looking to better their health and appearance through a safe, sound, and personalized fitness program. I love what I do and I love helping people better themselves to reach their fitness goals ranging from having fun enjoyable workouts, dropping weight and shedding body-fat, getting lean and toned, putting on real muscle, increasing strength, increasing cardiovascular endurance, and improving athletic ability to name a few! The internet today is so full of conflicting and contradicting information on Fitness, Weight-loss, and Nutrition based topics. Sometimes it can leave you feeling very confused and helpless on where to start, and how to go about achieving your fitness goals. When working together, we will take a no-nonsense approach to accomplishing your fitness goals all while utilizing sound and proven methods that I have used to achieve success for myself as well as for my clients. I train clients at The Old Westbury Golf and Country Club. I am also available for in-home training in the surrounding areas of Roslyn, Old Brookville, Muttontown, Garden City, Old Westbury, and Great Neck. I really needed to shed a few pounds I put on during quarantine and needed a pick me up for my mild COVID times depression. I was referred to Jordan Cromeens by a work associate who said she thought some personal training sessions with this trainer would be exactly what I needed. She was right - Jordan is an upbeat guy, not a lug head like the last trainer I had at my gym. He did a consult on the phone 1st to align a plan with my goals and we set-up training at my home 3 days a week. I have had great results - lost weight, I'm more fit and feeling more confident... the COVID Blues are gone. My 14 year old son started training with Jordan too -- great find, highly recommend him... super nice guy! #RenovateMyBody

I hired Jordan for personal training at the suggestion of my Nutritionist. I am almost 50 and have gained about 30 pounds due to hormonal issues. I was very reluctant to hire a trainer, especially a male because I am out of shape and didn't want to be put through a brutal boot camp routine that filled me with dread and nausea, and I didn't want to feel judged for being out of shape. Jordan is NOTHING like other trainers I have had in the past. He listened carefully to what my goals were as well and my likes/dislikes. He created a bespoke routine for me that is the perfect balance of fitness and fun, and it's a judgement free zone! I have more definition in my back, arms, legs, stomach and thighs. I feel stronger and my weight is coming down while my body is toning up. It's only been a few months of training but even my husband notices a difference in the tone and shaping of my body! The results are very motivating and I am more determined than ever to keep going. Jordan has also taught me exercises I can do at home on days we can't train together. I am also grateful that he does some of my sessions over Facetime when I can't go to the gym; they are still fun and very effective. It's great to have a professional in your corner that is kind and supportive. Can't recommend Jordan enough to anyone who is looking for a Personal Trainer on Long Island.

Im an avid runner, triathlete and marathoner having run in the NYC, Long Island and Philadelphia Marathons. I average 30 miles a week running and 60 miles biking. With all of this my body can sometimes feel pretty beat up. If youre a runner you know what Im talking about (painful feet, knees, hips and lower back).Jordan Cromeens has been working with me on self-care, mobility, flexibility and core strength. Weve been working on a lot of imbalances and a lot on my hips and butt. My running strides have been a lot smoother and I have a lot less pain in my lower back afterwards! The workouts have been really great and engaging, with a combination of yoga-type, bodyweight movements and activations, I feel muscles I didnt know I had.
