My experience with Bonnie was very positive. She arrived on time and was ready to work. She used fresh produce from a local farm and fish from our favorite fish store. Everything was delicious. I was very happy with her organization and timing. Bonnie’s helper was very professional as well. I believe my money was well spent. I will definitely use her again.

Bonnie has done many parties for me. She is a fantastic cook. She’s also dons grilling for me! I consider her a grilling master!

We've tasted Bonnie's distinctive, delicious, meals before but now given the challenge of all my allergies to food, this dinner was beyond fantastic. Bonnie surpassed my stringent dietary restrictions with a gourmet dinner that was above expectation. Outstanding! Presentation, excellent; food delicious.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to have a phone conversation to get an idea of exactly what the client expects. I like to have an idea of the space and any information on guests that may have allergies or special diets. After the conversation I would email a sample menu for review. When we are all in agreement I send a contract.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have worked in restaurants on the East End and in Manhattan. I started working with a private chef about 10 years ago who introduced me to private client cooking and parties. I worked with another chef as well until I started my own business.
