- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation to get an idea of exactly what the client expects. I like to have an idea of the space and any information on guests that may have allergies or special diets. After the conversation I would email a sample menu for review. When we are all in agreement I send a contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in restaurants on the East End and in Manhattan. I started working with a private chef about 10 years ago who introduced me to private client cooking and parties. I worked with another chef as well until I started my own business.
