Kevin sealed the foundation around my home using backer rod/foam and sealant. Work was clean and he worked extra hard (more work than expected once he got started). He was punctual and his price was very fair. He communicated with me prior to doing the work and throughout the project. I will definitely be hiring him again.

I charge for what needs to be done. That way the clients can be ensured of the best fulfillment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would prefer speaking directly, or through emails or messages, to the client and hear the situation. Having some photos or videos would help enormously in order to assess the job. If the job site is not far from Flushing, NY, I’ll gladly stop by and provide an estimation at no charge.
