I needed to have my will notarized and was tired of getting the run round by unqualified notaries who had little or no integrity or professionalism. I am so glad that I found and decided to work with Vagan S. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend Vagan shoukd you need important documents notarized.
