- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so I do not have a standard pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first speak with the client, (whether it's on the phone, in person or through emails) to get an idea of what they are trying to accomplish. I like to get to know them because the final product will be a direct representation of the client. Then I will then give them an idea of how I do things, and how long it usually takes me. Once we get a timeline down I can come up with a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the field for 4 years as a Graphic/UX Designer and Illustrator. I also have my bachelor's degree in graphic design.
