My Australian Shepherd, Blueprint just made three years old this summer and never got professionally groomed. I had so much hair around the house from my dog shedding so much and I needed a professional groomer badly. I came across Grooms By Amber on thumbtack. I messaged them and I got a response almost immediately. It was suggested that I went to the shop (I think because my dog is rather large) but I booked the mobile service instead since I don’t have a vehicle. Amber was so sweet and welcoming. She arrived at earlier than our appointment time (she contacted me first to ask if it was okay). I was a little nervous to leave my dog with her because he has a lot of anxiety and never been groomed before. Amber didn’t let that stop her and made my dog feel comfortable. She bathed him, trimmed nails And also gave him the most perfect cut. When I picked up my dog about two hours later, I was so pleasantly surprised how good he looked! His coat was so shiny, and his haircut was so precise. I will definitely continue to book Amber. It was worth every penny. It’s been about two weeks and he still has a shiny cold and still no shedding. The shedding went down more than 50%! I find the mobile grooming to be very convenient. If you are thinking of booking, please let this be your sign to do so! You will not be disappointed. Oh! And I love that Amber gives a little handkerchief to her pet clients! I left the handkerchief on my dogs neck for a week until I had to wash it. It was so cute!!!

I wish I could select all she was responsive professional great value and work super kind and understanding she did an amazing do with my dog who had fleas she’s gave us tips on how to help her and she kept us updated was absolutely amazing she has two loyal clients for life cause of her care

Amber cut my dog’s eyebrows almost completely off when I specifically told her just to even then eyebrows out, and she didn’t cut them evenly! She didn’t cut his fur evenly! I also thought $160 was expensive for grooming a small dog.

You told me to not use the clipper on his eyebrows and just thin them, which is exactly what i did. His fur was definitely even. So because you think my price is expensive that means ignore my zelle request for service? Which is why we require a card on file, by the end of the work day our system automatically charges unpaid invoices. Your dog also had live ticks which I did not charge you for. In this instance it requires a thorough cleaning of the van so no other dog contracts fleas or ticks.
