I was getting sparks from the microwave and it happened even after I replaced the wave guide. I explained the problem to Deny over the phone and he gave me three quotes depending on what component may need to be replaced. Since the cost of repair was almost as much as the microwave itself, I decided to cancel the repair appointment and just buy a new microwave. I appreciate Deny's prompt response when I sent out the thumbtack request and to also be straight forward with the pricing. Most experts I've dealt with in the past sugar coats the pricing and gives me a surprise at the end so this was definitely better. Thanks!
