FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of drain, severity of the clog, and equipment required. I explain pricing clearly before starting any work, with no surprise add-ons. Emergency and late-hour service may cost more due to availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to what’s happening and ask a few questions to understand the issue. Once on site, I locate the best access point, clear the line using the appropriate equipment, and test the system before leaving. If needed, I can also perform a camera inspection to show exactly what’s going on inside the pipe.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience, professional-grade equipment use, and ongoing learning specific to drain systems, sewer lines, and common issues in local homes. I focus on doing the job correctly rather than rushing through it.
