I have a small deck at the bottom and a smaller deck at the top. Both of them came in on budget with the exception of certain other items which were not listed initially. Since I had additional items, of course I had to pay a little bit more. Obviously it wasn’t happy, but it was necessary. looking at the work I would have Luis do it again.
