Introduction: Hi, my name is Vladimir and I have been in the fitness industry since 2013. I started off at a boutique boxing gym where I honed my skills as a personal trainer and boxer. I have been training with Vladimir for almost 2 months and it is the best decision I could have made for myself. The workouts are intense and even though we are virtual, I still feel pushed and I’m receiving a top quality program.

With Prophete boxing you will receive a well rounded boxing experience. Vlad is very detailed and helps you understand what you doing right or wrong. He knows his clients weak spots and willing to work on strengthening them before moving forward with the more advance training. Very good trainer overall.

I wanted to sharpen up my hands and finally get my fundamentals together. Mr Prophete came highly recommended from a friend who has never led me wrong. More than fundamentals I've received workouts that have forced me to reevaluate what I do in the gym on my own personal time. Time and time again pushing me past my limits, if I'm not sure I've gotten better I am at the very least sure that I have been pushed towards transformations. Great teacher, great person great choice

Vlad takes the time to create a workout that is personalized for the individual. The work ethic is there as Vlad takes great pride in becoming your coach and making sure you succeed in your fitness goals. The extra push he gives is beneficial, as he wants his clients to push themselves to their limits. all while keeping a consistent workout routine fitting into ones schedule.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $40 per session. The sessions are an hour in duration and you get a discount on the rate if you buy a package instead of per session. The packages expire after a month of purchase.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first couple of sessions are more for assessment purposes to see how much you can handle, what we need go work/ focus on and to build a rapport. After those boxes are checked off I start building a program based on the information I’ve gathered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified in TRX, ICG cycle I have about 10 years of training experience and 7 boxing.
