First get to know each other. Second ask want are his/her spectation is, his /her has a particular product or color in mind. explain the pros and cons of every product. Get the costumer to know every detail of the process of installation and for what is for. And at the end do final walk true happy costumer and one more friendship own to me and my company.

I have 20 years 0f experience in residential commercial and industrial roof installation as well on siding and anything related to the home improvement industry. I am a licensed and insured contractor. I have lead paint certificate. i am licensed front New York city fire department to torch down roofs.
