- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, wholeheartedly! I am a resource-phile, and am always reading up on the latest trends in technical communication and college instruction.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Through the years, I've written and edited everythng from attorneys' newsletters to entire software manuals, resumes, essays, articles, and even an unpublished (as yet) novel of my own. Also, I've created online help files, graphic presentations, electronic product tutorials and web content, and intranet sites. Later this month, I will be assisting a doctoral student in another state with her final dissertation.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
This is really recent: I just completed a proposed textbook for some of the professional and technical communication classes that I teach, and I am submitting it to a publisher right now. (Please wish me luck!)
