Hired this company to pick up my wedding party. Limo shocks "exploded" in front of my guests, and was unable to complete the trip. Instead Suburbans were sent as the company had "no backup limos". Drivers of the Suburbans had no idea what the game-plan of the night was (they weren't waiting for us, I had to walk around the parking lot looking for them). The promised red carpet was not provided. Olam limo refused to pay the difference between a limo and a suburban pickup.----See below response from owner of Olam for the exactly the kind of customer treatment I've gotten. Use at your own risk. :)

Good morning Mr Lundy We would like to make some clarifications on your review, being that our Company is known for having an excellent customer service. Many of things that you expressed above are not completly true. As we have a complete conversation recorded in our call system (we monitor all our calls to bertter serve our customers) The reservation: We received a reservation from you that included a LIMO & a 2017 Subarban vehicle, which you agreed to, because you needed to take 17 people. Being that paying for 2 limos was going to be too costly for you, so we provided a more affordable deal that would help you as a customer. You mentioned you wanted just a pick up and a drop off and we offered you the best package we had available for the service you requested. SO YOU WERE AWARE OF THE LIMO AND SUVs. Since you did have limited budgeting. You did mention you didn't want to pay more than 3 hours for a service that you indicated would not exceed more than 2 hours. WHICH AT THE END IT DID GO BEYOND THE 2 HRS. But we however did not charge you any additionals. Routing WE BOTH AGREED ON WAS: the route would be to use the LIMO from point A(Hotel) to point B(Church) with a group of 10 people. Then return to point A(Church) to pick up another 10 people using the limousine again, to bring the two groups to the ceremony(point B). At the end of the ceremony (point B), we would use 2 vehicles, the limousine to transport 10 people and the 2017 Suburban to transport 7 people and transport them to point C (Reception). What happened: We reached the 1st point that is point A(hotel) and left the 1st group of 10 people at point B(church), THEN AT THE TIME OF RETURNING for the second group to point A(Hotel) where there would be another 10 people waiting, *It was when the Shocks of our limousine exploded* something that was out of our hands, keep in mind, at that time there were no passengers inside the limo when it happened. We immediately spoke with you & offered to send you another SUV. So that there would be two Suburbans to pick up the second group at point B(Hotel) & explained to you that the two SUVs would transport the two groups after the ceremony to point C(Reception) you were ok with that. The 2nd SUV THEN arrived at point B(Hotel) in less than 15 mins & EVEN SO, the 2nd group was not ready yet & we even waited about 1 hour which was not in the agreement. You forgot to mention also that this service was NOT BY THE HOUR, the reservation was supposed to be a Point to Point, which means, Pick up & Drop off, it should have not exceeded more than 2 hours. We waited longer than the amount of time you planned it Mr. Lundy, because at each pick up we had to wait longer than indicated. AGAIN when we picked up the second group at point A(Hotel) it took them to go out approximate of 1 hour, which was not in the agreement, but nevertheless we did not make any extra charges, for the time exceeded, nor we rushed you, because we appreciated your understanding of what happened with the SHOCKS (although the service we provided had already EXCEEDED the amount paid by you Mr. Lundy) Then, while waiting at the ceremony with the 2 vehicles(Suburbans), the drivers waited about 125 feet away, from where the entrance to the church was because, according to a church security, they weren't allowed to wait in front of the church for too long. The Red carpet: Yes We offered the use of a red carpet when the bride and groom left the ceremony at no cost, within the price already offered on your reservation, giving you a special treatment. But, 1- Immediatly after the shocks went bad, the driver of the limousine left to our workshop to have them repaired and the Red carpet was inside the Limo, and 2- we do not offer red carpet nor the poles in the Suburbans (When I spoke to you later that evening I mentioned it to you Mr. Lundy) I truly hope I have clarified your doubts and concerns about this case. which we had already answered by phone.

I have more than 2 years using this company, for my corporate trips. They are always on time, they have an excellent customer service very effective ... very professional and friendly drivers. After trying 2 companies I think they fill even more than the expectations I expect..... I really recommend them!!!
