Why hello there!
Kara, here!
I am an Ithaca native. I am the owner and operator of KB Clean, Home and Office Cleaning. I have been in business since 2012. Sprucing up homes and offices are my specialty. I take pride in the work I do and I thoroughly enjoy it.
My cleaning experience consists of the following:
* TURNOVERS for Travis Hyde Properties, Village Apartments, AirBnBs, and The Inn On Columbia (Bed & Breakfast)
*BASIC CLEANING for several therapist, lawyer and Christian Union Ministry Offices, All Stone & Tile, Edward Jones building, Ithaca Waldorf School and regularly scheduled homes/apartments
I charge $25 an hour and I supply everything. I tend to stick with non-toxic green products.
I can do Pet sitting( cats & dogs) and House sitting( keep your plants watered) too!

Kara did an excellent job for a one-time moving out cleaning I needed. Due to some physical disabilities, I was unable to keep the apt spotless (it was also an old, damp place that hadn't been updated since the 70s so it looks somewhat dirty even when clean) and with moving out of the country, I was unable to fully prepare for her. Kara was amazing - she even helped me get rid of some items to the curb for pick-up, on top of her spotless cleaning.
I highly recommend Kara.

Kara was on time and incredibly thorough! She went above and beyond what I asked her to do. My apartment was left spotless. Additionally, she did my laundry and changed my sheets. Everything was done perfectly. She is the best I have had in Ithaca!
