I was very pleased .... next time I will though clarify that I did want master bedroom vacuumed and dusted and the bathrooms although cleaned well would like floors mopped as well ... very polite and courteous staff 😄

I appreciated the decluttering of children’s rooms but not my personal desk (though it desperately needed it) as I had mentioned to “not worry about” it. I think they wanted to tackle it as it was a huge mess but there was a lot of personal information that I hadn’t intended to have gone through. The kitchen floors would have been a better use if time as the grout is in bad shape. We hadn’t specified anything in particular to do ahead of time as this is our first time using the company. Overall there was a great improvement and we will aim to be more specific with our needs for our next cleaning.

Six Star Maids gave a really thorough introductory message, which is why I chose them. This was my first time hiring cleaning professionals and there was someone available on a Sunday afternoon to answer all my silly questions. I got a nice email from the team after they were done and when I got back to the apartment (we got the move-out package) it looked brand new. I feel like the peace of mind was well worth the price.

My wife and I have been using this service for a month and i can say it is extremely convenient. Online booking is easy, the detailed cleaning is AMAZING, our home was given a second lease on life especially considering we have 2 active children running around. We first tried their move in service which was a life saver in the initial cleaning needed and aid in unpacking and dusting our flat in Ithaca.During the pollen season we used their deep clean and my maid was so friendly and understanding of my son's allergy to pollen. She made sure that the room was properly vacuumed, the window and sills were pollen free then got to work on the baseboards which was where the pollen was building up.I must thank the maids for this company because they make each trip count towards the overall maintenance of our flat.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not including discounts: (we automatically apply discounts on our booking page)
1 bed, 1 bath- $88
2 bed, 1 bath- $119
2 bed, 2 bath- $138
3 bed, 2 bath- $148
etc, we go all the way up to 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. We can clean bigger houses, just please call us to discuss it.
We also have a quick pricing tool on our website if your home differs from our list above. It's simple and takes 10 seconds to find out the price. We also offer some extras such as inside the oven and window cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple. We confirm your booking and send a reminder. Then when we arrive at yours we'll follow a detailed checklist and pay attention to any extras you requested. After we're done we'll call and ask how we can do a better job next time, take notes and then follow them at your next cleaning! That way we're always doing a better job for you each time :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professional maids all have many years of cleaning experience under their belts, and have been vetted so only the very best get hired. You can expect your maid to have a deep understanding of each step of the cleaning process, and can guide you through it. They are all fluent in English, background-checked and courteous.
