- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies on a lot of things ( a lot like other plumbers) I.e. the location of the job, the material I will need, how long it takes me, and my discounts vary also, if your a nice person to me I’ll be a nice person to you and be understanding of your situation and we would be able to work some type of discount out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a new customer is giving them a full breakdown of the job until they understand what the objective is and making sure they understand the pricing and the labor that is required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years in the field training and I went to a trade school and I went to a trade school before that and my father also taught me a lot.
