We needed an upgrade to the electrical panel and rewiring of appliances due to renovations & upgrade to our house. I contacted Ian who was very responsive to all my calls, answered all our inquiries and was able to initially diagnose our issue via technology due to the “pandemic”. Ian is very experienced & trustworthy and take safety precautions with his work. He rewired our basement appliances and provided separate outlets, which was initially on the same line as our main kitchen appliances. He also changed our basement ceiling lighting to LED which is much better and works perfectly now. The new panel box looks great and able to accommodate all our current and future needs. Troy assisted Ian and was very experienced & trustworthy as well. We are more than satisfied with the work that was done and the cost was very reasonable.

Ian is both highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. He responded almost immediately to my project request, showed up within an hour--on a weekend no less--and worked tirelessly until he figured out the appropriate solution for my project (which involved running wire and installing an outlet). I will definitely be using Ian again in the future.

After going back and forth with several ppl who claimed to be electrician's but did not hold a electricians license nor have any insurance we had Lezama come out to look at the work we needed done and discuss an estimate. there were a few hiccups but ultimately they worked very closely with me, were flexible, clean, dedicated and did an amazing job! very professional, licensed and insured! when you do any plumbing or electrical work it's important to work with a certified and insured expert! especially in NYC

Ian was great. I needed some lines run to an upper floor and many people quoted outrageous prices. He was fair and professional. Very honest too. He found best and most cost-effective way to run the lines. Would definitely use him again in the future.

I do give free estimates and currently working on giving summer discounts .

Before starting any job I usually give the customer a brief history about myself regarding the trade . Then I would evaluate the job and give the customer my best professional advice before moving forward.
