- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price depends on how many quests, how many hours and travel time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once quote is sent by email. A phone call to get more party details....date, time, venue takes place. Parties over 3hrs require a deposit. Event is booked once deposit received. Follow-up call/email one week prior to event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly doing online classes and learning all I can about products and new ideas, as well as attending face and body art conventions.
