Andrew is a Lifesaver - Above and Beyond! Renovations can be stressful. We recently had to renovate our one-bedroom apartment in Long Island City after nearly 17 years of tenant wear and tear. The place was in rough shape. We initially called Triple A Flooring just for the floors, but we ended up with so much more. Of the multiple contractors we contacted, Andrew was the only one who personally called back within minutes of our request. That level of responsiveness was just the beginning of an outstanding experience. Andrew turned out to be a full-service provider. He not only did an amazing job refinishing our original bamboo floors and a badly damaged built-in sushi bar, but he also handled all the painting and various small repairs the apartment desperately needed. What truly set him apart was his attention to detail and proactive approach. He listened to everything we discussed and even noticed things we'd missed. It's that kind of thoughtful service that makes all the difference. His work is top-notch, his pricing fair, and the speed at which he completed the project was incredible. We had the sense that he understood how stressful the situation was for us with an upcoming sale, and he made every effort to help us get the space ready. Andrew truly went above and beyond our expectations. This renovation was stress-free because of his expert help. Great experience with with Triple A flooring. Highly recommend. I used them for 2 jobs in my house. They remove carpet in one bedroom and sanded and stained the floors. Came out beautiful. They did such a great job I had them remove carpet and install a new wood floor in my den. I needed them to match the new den floor to the rest of the hardwood flooring in my house. They said no problem and it came out perfect. On both jobs the team did a terrific job. They were a pleasure to work with. I thought they gave me a fair price for the work. I will of course use them again.

I needed someone to come refinish the floor before I moved into the home I just purchased. These guys responded right away and were able to start the job less than 2 days later. The floor came out great!
