Introduction: Hi! I am Tredesha Howard. Through 1:1 coaching, I help clients get unstuck, build their self-confidence, and equip them to operate in their natural abilities. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your initial one on one is absolutely free of charge. If we decide to work together, there are affordable packages for my clients to choose from. I also offer discounts and payment plans for ongoing coaching.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial consultation, we decide if we are a match based on your needs and my strengths as a coach. Then, I have ALL my clients answer a few questions via an online tool as my GREATNESS process is built around reflection, intention, problem solving and lifestyle skills.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing work in leadership development and the diversity space over the past 4-5 years. Additionally, I am a Certified Extreme Execution Coach as well as a certified DISC specialist focused on behaviors and personality traits.
