We will always give you all your option. Please ask question.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-We listen to customer needs.
-We then provide a pre-screening question that helps customer not to miss anything important.
-We provide a solution.
-Once the solution is accepted, we provide them an estimate.
-Once the estimate is accepted, we take a downpayment and provide a project plan.
-We execute the plan and then go to maintenance mode.
-Customer pay their invoice fully
-We follow up with a quick survey and get customer feed back

-We have few certification such as Cisco CCNA, Grandstream, Avaya, etc...
-Each employee has their own specialty such as running fiber cable, Linux systems, and etc...
-Most of us have more than 5 years experience in our field.
