I was so happy with the work they did. I was ready to get rid of a very expensive piece of exercise equipment and they were able to take it apart and move it to the basement and reassemble it when everyone else said it couldn’t be done. They were very responsive, punctual and did a great job. I am very grateful and I would highly recommend them.

Just had fit tech express assemble a new arcadia functional trainer by rep fitness. They did an amazing job. If you need new equipment assembled, these are the guys for you. What an amazing company. So professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hire anyone else for your fitness equipment needs. They do it all. I'm a customer for life. Thank you Nick and crew!!

Nick was immediately responsive once I initially sent in the project request. We were able to schedule something the next day and he was on time. It was a quick process and he made sure not only to set it up but explain a quick summary of what he did and how to use the machine properly. There was a broken piece that could have used replacing but he stated this wasn't integral for functionality. After, he gave recommendations for longevity of the machine and if anything needed a second look or if I had any questions to reach out. Price was great for the quality work received! Would highly recommend and use services again.

Communicating with the customer helps present them with an accurate quote for service and gives Fit Tech Express the information needed to present possible solutions for any repairs or issues.

Fit Tech Express has over 15 years working in the fitness equipment industry. Our technicians have the experience on working on all makes and models of equipment in both residential and commercial gyms.
