FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MOLD INSPECTIONS - The first step is to do an interview and ask a list of questions. This helps us paint a picture as to the type of inspection we need to do. Next, we schedule an appointment that works for the customer. When we arrive at the home we go over that list of questions one more time and do a walk through throughout the home. Then the real inspection begins. We start out by doing air samples, if visible contamination is found we do tape or swab samples. On occasion, if necessary, we will take a bulk sample. From there we use thermal imaging cameras to help pin point moisture issues. We use pinned moisture meters and humidity readers to help pin point the issue. Throughout the inspection a chain of custody is filled out for the lab. After the inspection, within 24 hours of the samples getting to the lab we can provide our customers with a verbal report on the findings. After that, within 3-4 business days a written report and remediation plan (if necessary) is sent to our client. WATER DAMAGE, SEWAGE BACK UPS OR FIRE DAMAGE - We work with a network of people that do restoration and clean up in the field. They are companies that are available 24/7. If one of our companies aren't available we will keep calling our network until we find one that can assist you ASAP. All of the companies we work with will work with your insurance company and are very professional.
