- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the type of service you need - Standard Clean, Deep Clean, Move-In/Move-Out, Post-Construction, etc. We take square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms into account to give you an accurate quote. We offer discounts for regular service - whether that's weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly cleanings. We also have a referral program: every job you refer to us gets you 15% off your next clean. Reach out anytime with questions and we'll send you a free quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll answer any questions you have and provide a quote tailored to your specific situation. You can book over the phone or online through our website. Before your appointment, we'll send reminders to make sure everything's on track. Your cleaner will arrive on time with all the supplies needed. After the clean, we'll follow up to make sure you're happy with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have a minimum of 5 years of cleaning experience. Before we bring anyone on, they go through an interview screening, provide references, and give us a detailed overview of their past work experience. They're also required to pass a background check and are fully insured, so your home is in good hands.
