- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on estimated man hours. That may include travel time and other factors. The hourly rate fluctuates with the size of the job. Small 1 hour service calls are billed at $89.00/hr. Larger jobs over 4 hours labor rate is reduced by around 30%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Calls, text and email will be answered as quickly as possible. Generally a discussion on what the reason for the contact is. Then scheduling a convenient time to look at/repair the issue. Pricing is established before work is performed. It is never about what I want, instead I work to find the best solution to your needs. Even if I loose money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 plus years in the remodeling/door industry. I've worked for a door manufacturer traveling across the United States installing doors and teaching others how to install doors correctly. I've worked for national brand door companies here in the Syracuse area installing for them.
