Called and asked if I hire the technician will the trip fee be adjusted. She clearly said yes and now denying that it won’t be adjusted. These people are liars and just scammed me off on my $99

Our customer service representative stated we have a $99 trip fee for any commercial property and a $29 trip fee for residential. It was said that the technician would go over pricing when he got on site at your business, but they did not say the trip fee would be waived for the commercial service. Only the residential trip fee can be adjusted by the technician and be applied towards the work. We value you as a customer and we can offer you $50 off your next service to make things better. Misunderstandings happen and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please call or email us to receive this offer. You may also show this to the technician on site.
