Hi, I’m a real estate agent with eXp Realty, property manager, and also an investor myself. I was first bitten by the real estate bug in 2017 when my wife and I purchased our first home, a co-op apartment in Kew Gardens, Queens. Since that time, we’ve built a small portfolio of multifamily rental properties and currently own and manage anywhere from 10-15 rental units at a time across Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk counties.
I like to start by taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs and goals. I analyze properties on a daily basis and am well-versed in the market in Queens and Long Island. I hold a bachelor's degree in business management from Boston College and Masters Degree from Columbia University.
I’m also an investor and owner of rental properties myself. After six years in the business, what I valued more than almost anything was having great, reliable people on my side that I could count on for a reasonable cost. As an investor, I understand that your goal is to maximize your income and minimize expenses. If you're considering hiring a property manager, it is critical that their incentives align with your own. For this reason, we charge only a fixed percentage for our services and don’t nickel and dime you with fees. In this way, we both share an interest in helping stabilize your property and getting rents to current market levels. We don’t mark up repairs, rather we help you find the best deals from our network of contractors and pass on the actual cost of the work.
What You Get
As tenants pay rent, you receive funds directly in your bank account. We provide you with monthly reports on your property via an online portal. As and when tenants’ leases expire, we help you take care of renewals and/or finding great new tenants. As a licensed real estate agent, we can screen tenants, coordinate showings of your unit(s), facilitate lease signings. In most cases, there is no additional cost for these services.
