Introduction

I used to work for a few largest moving companies in NY. I saw their issues and disadvantages , and implemented experience into Up n Go moving. Customer satisfaction is number 1 in our company. There is not a problem which we can not resolve. Beside commercial and residential moves, local and out of state moves, we provide crane and rigging service. There are no hidden fees, and price which we give on beginning is what you pay at the end! We are queens based company, but we have branch in NJ as well!

Working with Up n’ Go moving was great experience. I’m moved from the Upper East Side back to South Brooklyn. Besar and the two others (sorry forgot their names) are a “above and beyond” professionals. They were on time, working rapidly and efficiently making my move a lot less stressful. My move was in 2 phases, my storage unit and apartment. In my storage unit I had delicate antiques (furniture, crystal and china) they handled it with great care and nothing was damaged. The second phase were just boxes and odds and ends. The doorman in my former building was holding a new bed and frame, accidentally directed the movers to take a steel storage unit that was not mine. I discovered it later that day in my new apartment. Besar picked it up promptly the next day and returned it. I could not be more pleased with the move. From start to finish, working with Jacob who organized everything, the team and actually move, it was the best. Thank you so much! I’m happy to be back in Brooklyn!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the list of the items. We do not like hidden fees, once we get the list of the items, we provide price based on that and price is FLAT, what we quote you on beginning, that is what you are paying at the end!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect customer basic info( name, phone number, zip code for the pick up and zip code for drop off) and then we get the list of the items and provide quickly the estimate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Living NY showed me that everyone needed some help to move something, 1 - 5- 10 or more items, and i saw big potential and jump in on this boat.
