- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the list of the items. We do not like hidden fees, once we get the list of the items, we provide price based on that and price is FLAT, what we quote you on beginning, that is what you are paying at the end!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect customer basic info( name, phone number, zip code for the pick up and zip code for drop off) and then we get the list of the items and provide quickly the estimate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Living NY showed me that everyone needed some help to move something, 1 - 5- 10 or more items, and i saw big potential and jump in on this boat.
