I used to work for a few largest moving companies in NY. I saw their issues and disadvantages , and implemented experience into Up n Go moving. Customer satisfaction is number 1 in our company. There is not a problem which we can not resolve. Beside commercial and residential moves, local and out of state moves, we provide crane and rigging service. There are no hidden fees, and price which we give on beginning is what you pay at the end!
We are queens based company, but we have branch in NJ as well!

We hired this moving company for a full 2 bed / 2 bath apartment move into a house during absolutely brutal, record-breaking heat, and they handled everything start to finish with professionalism and a great attitude.
Edward, Marco, and Besi were the team on our move, and they were outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they worked efficiently, carefully, and without cutting corners. We also used their packing service, and they were extremely thoughtful about how everything was wrapped, labeled, and organized. They regularly checked in to ask where things should go at the new place, which made unpacking so much easier and more organized.
What really stood out was how kind and positive they stayed despite the conditions. It was genuinely impressive watching them work through that heat without complaint, and honestly, much kinder than I probably would have been in their shoes.
There was also transparency around pricing. I was originally quoted for 50 boxes, but we ended up needing 70. The conversation about the added cost was straightforward, and upfront, with no surprises or pressure.
Overall, they made a stressful move feel smooth and controlled. I’d absolutely recommend them, and especially Edward, Marco, and Besi for anyone looking for movers who are careful, professional, and genuinely good people.

Ben and his helper were amazing. They worked incredibly hard, were strong enough to handle all of my furniture and boxes, and tackled the move in the heat without slowing down. They made the whole process so much easier, I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. I would recommend Up n’ Go Moving!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Up and Go Moving! From start to finish, the entire experience was phenomenal.
This was a big move with a lot of moving parts, a lot to transport, and several adjustments that had to be made along the way. On top of that, they were working on one of the hottest days of the year — and through it all, the team was incredibly hardworking, professional, patient, flexible, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
A huge shout-out to Rezo and the entire team! What really stood out to me was their attitude and work ethic. Got excellent service for the best and unbeatable rates! Jovana, Jacob, and the rest of the moving team (Rez and his crew) were very professional, communicated efficiently at every point, and made my interstate move super seamless, finished the job in record time, and at a rate that was quite literally unbeatable by other moving companies.

The move went smoothly and the guys who helped were professional and handle everything with care. They didn’t have the correct tools to hang one of our TVs above a fireplace so they came back the next day to complete it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the list of the items. We do not like hidden fees, once we get the list of the items, we provide price based on that and price is FLAT, what we quote you on beginning, that is what you are paying at the end!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect customer basic info( name, phone number, zip code for the pick up and zip code for drop off) and then we get the list of the items and provide quickly the estimate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Living NY showed me that everyone needed some help to move something, 1 - 5- 10 or more items, and i saw big potential and jump in on this boat.
