My house needed to be resided and gates replaced thanks to Hurricanes Irene and Sandy. Ian made sure that all layers of old siding was removed and there wasn't any mold on the plywood. His crew made sure that after every days work that my property was swept clean and all debris was removed from my property. Ian had everything ordered and delivered so there was no delays in getting the job done. I also had stone put on the front of my house which was done perfectly. The entire job was finished in one week. Ian ran the job like a true professional. His crew was hard working and respectful. I would not hesitate to use Ian and his company, Brayjam Construction again. My house looks beautiful.

We had three ceilings replaced. The work was thorough from start to finish. Sheetrocking, taping, etc., very, very sound. A professional experience! Workers put down drop cloths everywhere, not just under the space to be renovated but throughout walkways. I appreciated the neatness and efficiency. All told a fine job. It took several days even came in the snow. Never late, always polite! Would be happy to recommend.

Hired on Thumbtack

I hired Ian and the guys at Brayjam to do a basement renovation. I was worried because I found him cold on the internet (using thumbtack) but he provided references who spoke well of him and were willing to show his work so we took a chance. HIs estimate was the most fair. He was willing to work with us on some special requests and his entire operation is almost completely family operated. The demolition went very quickly but revealed quite a bit of foundation issues. Ian knew exactly how to handle it and came up with some creative solutions. He re-mortared the brick inside and outside my house, waterproofed the foundation and put a french drain in the driveway. Now the basement is dry, finished and looks great. He even sent a professional cleaning crew on the last day to clean the basement & the first floor of my house incase any construction dust came upstairs. He's hard working and extremely honest. I recommend him enthusiastically!
