- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard models, and sized doors have standard prices. Custom doors, I ask for quotations directly from manufacturers. Doors held in manufacturers' warehouses I can install within days of customer's final selection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide job site service, I listen to what the customer needs, provide them with various design choices via catalogs, websites, pictures and prices. Upon their approval and decision, I measure, custom order, and upon delivery of new garage door, I call customer to schedule installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is more than 20 years of installations. I'm referred to as a seasoned pro. I've installed in my lifetime thousands of garage doors.
