Joseph was very accommodating, the whole process was quick and painless. He was able to get our floors buffed on the weekend to avoid it interfering with the work day and even sent one of his guys to help us move all our furniture out of the spaces being buffed. They are very honest and trustworthy. He waited to accept the payment until he spoke with everyone in our office that was involved to ensure we were satisfied with the work that was done. They did a very thorough cleaning. My home looks new (I never saw my faucets so shiny!) With 3 people they were able to get more done rather quickly but didn’t cut corners. Without me asking or pointing it out, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they got a water stain out of a solid cherrywood dresser that a previous cleaner damaged. I intend to use their services again which is saying a lot because I am not easily satisfied.

Dc sent two siblings to my house, the older one was named Al, i forgot the youngers name. They were very respectful and cleaned out my basement and livingroom trash so effortlessly and fast that i felt like i needed to tip them more. They arrived at my queens home within less than 2 hours of me reaching out to them and they stuff their van up to the door wirh every piece of junk i could toss at them. I highly reccomend these young lions, they did a good job.

My husband & I were so happy how our ceramic kitchen floor came out. We had the floor cleaned along with regrouting. Dominick was very prompt & professional. He immediately had his employees put booties on over their shoes & had them lay a cloth tarp down in the living room. Once they were finished my floor looked brand new again. I am so happy how it turned out. I asked Dominick if there was anything that could be done to my granite counter around the sink. It had a small chip & Dominick took care of it for me at no charge! I would definitely use The King Of Kleen in the future. I'll also recommend them to family & friends.

Anthony called me back right away and came out to few the floor as soon as we were available. He is very professional and knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable with him. We had been talking to a few local contractors but Anthony was the best fit for us. The flooring project was completed in a little over a week due to my wife and I having to reschedule. Will definitely use his company again!

We had them clean several carpets and the upholstery on the living room furniture. Very professional. On time and courteous. Didn't bait and switch on the prices, or try to sell us a bunch of costly extras like some of the previous carpet cleaning companies have done business with. Great job! Ken was excellent. He tackled a very tough job of cleaning and regrouting a master shower with years of rust stain. It took him several more hours than anticipated and he held to his original quoted price. He was professional and did a great job of clean up. Highly recommend and will use Pinnacle again.
