- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of service is determined based on a volume scale. The amount of unwanted material you wish to remove determines how much you will pay. You only pay for the amount of material that is removed in correlation to our truckload which is equivalent to a little larger than 15 and 18 cubic yards. Please note that sales tax will be added to the final price. All fees are included such as gas, labor and disposal fees. There are no hidden fees. Also, please note that the initial estimate is based on an on-site or electronic estimate as of that exact day and is subject to changed based on the amount of material extracted from your property on the actual pickup day. You will be notified of any changes in advance. Even though we always encourage you to obtain a free, on-site estimate by arranging a date and time by phone, I am able to provide you with a general electronic estimate as well. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being a fitness enthusiast, I am always on the move and love to challenge myself both physically and mentally. However, it wasn't until after helping my family clean out the home of a great aunt who had passed, that I saw the amount of relief my efforts had contributed to this tough and strenuous task. Now, I am fortunate enough to be in a position in my life to help others as they deal with downsizing and/or moving on. Although our service caters to a variety of jobs of all sizes, it is great to see the satisfied and stress-free face of our client once we have completed a job.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
This is a great question. If you are considering hiring a junk removal company, you must do your research. Make sure a company has a county hauling license, and is insured. Look up reviews and visit their website. We have heard some horror stories about people hiring non-credible junk haulers in the past. Good thing we were there to put their mind at ease and make their process a breeze!
