- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. A standard service call fee applies, but we waive it when service is performed during the same visit. We also proudly offer 10% discounts to seniors and military veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a same-day visit, during which we inspect the issue, explain what needs to be done, and provide an upfront price on the spot. If the customer approves, we complete the job right then and there—there is no need to wait or reschedule. Our goal is to make the process fast, easy, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are EPA Lead-Safe Certified and OSHA 30 certified, ensuring we meet high standards for safety and compliance. Our team is also trained in advanced HVAC, air duct, dryer vent, and chimney service techniques. We stay current with industry best practices to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
