William was very helpful. I was replacing a light in my upstairs bathroom and he found that the wires were loose and not up to code. He was able to fix the problem and make it safe . I really appreciated his help and will definitely call William for any other electrical issues. He was very reasonable.
I’m very pleased with the experience from start to finish. He arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the steps needed to fix it.
The quality of the work was excellent. Everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no unexpected charges. William was so great to work with. He helped us install a new outlet in a tricky spot above our fireplace that required preplanning, accessing our attic crawl space multiple times, and careful attention to make sure the chimney structures remained unaffected. He was cautious, thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and is a highly skilled problem solver. Highly recommend!
