Hi, my name is William. I’ve studied and learned different trades throughout my life by attending trade schools and hours on the job. I’ve been working with electrical and plumbing all my life. I can do anything from plumbing, electrical and appliance installation. I do power washing and gutter cleaning also. My rates are competitive and fair. Typical service calls are $59, which can be waived if hired for any work exceeding $250, excluding materials. Service call fees do not apply to new work estimates. He want promptly addressed an ongoing issue with several switches that needed to be relocated. The job took longer than expected but that's more about my house than the provider. He was able to give me pricing for future products that I found competitive and will allow me to schedule additional work with him going forward because I know what to expect. Works well and neatly no need to clean up after him. Looking forward to having him back to do additional work over the next few weeks / months
