I wanted the cylinder swapped out for my office chair. I let him know the tolls he needed to bring. He was prompt in answering, arrived early, set up his timer, got to work, picked up, and the change of cylinder was complete. The chair is now working great. I’m very happy with the outcome.

Zsolt was great. He came over to take a look, estimated the time (CORRECTLY) to the job and came back on the day and time we scheduled. I had some issues that I did not know how to solve and he came up with great solutions and executed them. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because while he did do most of the cleanup, I finished it off.
