Bultra, Inc. has done several projects for me in two different NYC coop buildings. I am extremely impressed with their services and will continue to use them in future projects...one that I am planning right now...a full kitchen remodel. Previously, they have done a full kitchen remodel, added lighting, wall reconstruction, and painting. They are outstanding. They understand what needs to get done, give me great suggestions and work well with the different coop management companies. Bultra's work is of the highest quality and always done on time. I cannot say enough great things about Bultra. I consider them a partner in my various projects in NYC. I would not consider any other contractor. If you want it done well, on time and according to your specifications (without you supervising), Bultra is the company for you. "

I cannot recommend the work of Bultra, Inc. highly enough. From the outset, they were very responsive and provided some great suggestions as I planned my renovation. The cost and schedule estimates provided early on were very realistic and pretty close to the final outcome. The quality of work and attention to detail is tremendous. They redid my entire kitchen, installed new flooring and baseboard, painted the entire unit, and did numerous other small things. Everything came out exactly as represented. As I was not living locally during the renovation, communication was paramount, and they communicated very well, both with weekly reports and timely but non-intrusive calls/texts as questions arose. Their interface with the co-op's management was seamless, and while I didn't live in the apartment during the renovation, my neighbors tell me the workers were neat and courteous. Overall, I am highly satisfied with Bultra Inc's work, and they will be my first call for any future work I need.

Bultra Inc has done numerous projects for my wife & I. We always find their work to have excellent workmanship. They arrive on time and clean up perfectly at the end of each work day. Illianos was the consummate professional and I can't speak highly enough to the quality of his work. He arrived on time, made in field modifications based on my apartment and even went out into the cold to try four hardware stores on a Sunday to find a piece he felt would add more stability to the chandelier (it did!). He was efficient, extremely capable and is someone I plan on using again. He even hung another item for me after this job was done. Very satisfied with my decision to hire Illiadin.
