- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge approx. $30 per hour. I don't believe in complicating any process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will not work with a writer who is not willing to take the time to at least talk on the phone first. We will use that time to iron out all the fine points and ask and answer any questions we might have. I will ask that he or she sends me a small writing segment so that I can edit it to make sure we are a 'good fit'.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading about the publishing field.
