They did a great job and were very efficient on both cleaning and communications. I like that they told me clearly beforehand how much each part of the service costs. The apartment looks very nice after the cleaning.

Shonntay and Mike responded the same day when I reached out for help and they were here three days later. They came right on time and worked for 2 1/2 hours. They were super friendly and non judgmental! The house smells soo good and I’m so relieved that I can take baths in my tub again haha. They were able to get green paint out of my tub and it looks so good. The rest of the house looks great too! Will definitely use their services again :). Thank you guys!!

The Butler Burt cleaning team drove over an hour to get to my job. I had hurt my leg and was in extreme pain for days, the house was a hot mess! (Like that old show “Clean House” with Niecy Nash). Team member Michael did laundry, washed plates, tidied the areas and remade my bed. He arranged my water bottles, put food close by and removed boxes and bags of garbage.
I really appreciate them going the extra mile to schedule my job- Shonntay was extremely empathetic and willing to listen to my woes. I am happy I used this crew and will do so again!😍
