- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial meet and greet. I like to get an understanding of of all of there needs by either phone or being with them in presence. Although I’ve done estimates over texting I rather not because texting leave room for misunderstanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To be honest my experience is my over 15 years of experience is my education and training. It’s actually the best teacher.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Provide all things that you need cleaned. It helps us to get a better idea of what we’re dealing and how to better estimate the job.
