This is my 2nd experience with Sunrise Pro. As good, if not better. This was a repair on my garage roof and outside back wall. A focused team of 3 guys arrived with materials and worked straight thru the day and finished the job - well done and timely. It’s nice to have a relationship with a reliable talented Contractor who stands by the work. Thanks for a great job.

Sunrise Pro did an amazing job turning our 80 year old home into a modern home. They were extremely detailed and precise in their painting. They set a date and stuck to it and provided a reasonable price point for the project. We are ecstatic about the finished project and have gotten numerous compliments from all our neighbors on how beautiful our home is now. Hired Rodolfo and team. Started out great, very friendly but the end work was not what we imagined. Some work was not as finely detailed as expected for our media wall project. They came back to fix it and patch areas that were missed, which was good. Upon initial install, the lighting fixture worked for a week then it stopped. They said it was the materials fault. I dont know how thats possible, but difficult for me to really know. However, we discovered the lighting temperature on one of the light was incorrect and asked them to come back and flip the switch on the box to the correct temp and they refuse to take responsibility for it. Asking to charge us another service charge for something that should have been done correctly the first time. I do not recommend hiring them. Months later, very stagnant responses and most of the time do bot reply to you even if its for quotes. very poor communication

It’s important to clarify a few points for future clients reading this. Regarding the lighting: The fixture was fully functional upon completion. The failure was traced to damage that occurred after we left the job site, which we documented. We offered solutions, but the responsibility for that subsequent damage unfortunately could not be covered under our warranty. We are always happy to provide quotes for additional work. While we strive for perfect communication, our records show prompt and extensive communication throughout your project. We’re disappointed to hear you feel otherwise after the fact. We regret that we could not agree on the terms for the additional free work you requested. We are always committed to a successful project and a positive client experience.

Sunrise is tops. As I am currently restoring two homes I have had many issues with various vendors/contractors. Finding great people is hard, and even getting someone to come to do an estimate and show up on time, if at all. I was fortunate to find Sunrise who did two full homes interiors for me with spackle, tape and Sheetrock repair as well as primer and paint. Rodolfo, who owns the company, is very professional, always on time and delivers what he says he will do. Pricing was very fair and his guys do excellent work. Rodolfo personally looks in at the jobs during them and at the end and makes sure any issues are corrected. He uses a foreman on jobs, and in this case the foreman was way beyond what I could have expected. He was outstanding. They were on time every day and worked from 8:30a until 5-5:30 without any issues. I highly recommend Sunrise Pro.
