- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At TruBlue, we believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no surprises. All projects are quoted in advance based on the scope of work, so customers know exactly what to expect before we begin. We do not charge hidden fees, and we clearly explain any material or labor costs as part of the estimate. Customers can also take advantage of value-added savings through our Home Ally Maintenance Plans and seasonal promotions, which may include discounted services and priority scheduling. Free estimates are available, and any applicable discounts are always clearly communicated before work is approved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At TruBlue, our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. It starts with a free estimate, where we discuss the customer’s needs, evaluate the scope of work, and provide clear, upfront pricing. Once the estimate is approved, we schedule the service at a convenient time and arrive on time with a professional, background-checked technician. During the job, we communicate clearly, work efficiently, and treat the home with care. After completion, we review the work with the customer to ensure satisfaction and leave the space clean and tidy. We also offer ongoing support through our Home Ally Maintenance Plans to help customers stay ahead of future repairs and maintenance needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings extensive hands-on experience and professional training to every project. Our TruBlue Home Service Professional has over 20 years of experience in the home improvement and maintenance industry, with a strong background in repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance. In addition to field experience, our team has completed TruBlue’s comprehensive corporate training program, which covers safety standards, best practices, customer service, estimating, and the use of TruBlue’s required systems and processes. Ongoing training and support ensure we stay current with industry standards and deliver consistent, high-quality service on every job.
