After procrastinating for nearly two years, I finally sent him a message — thank goodness for his quick response and ability to get me scheduled just two days later! I felt like I had known him for years. He’s personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and knows exactly how to push you through those last few reps — all without judgment. And apparently, a McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish doesn’t qualify as “real food.” Say What?! The gym is huge — the largest selection of equipment I’ve ever seen — great music, and spotless. A huge bonus! Do something good for yourself and make the call. It may just be the best gift you give yourself."See more

I've been training in mixed martial arts for 10 years now and started fighting in the amateur MMA scene since 2017. By 2023 I became a licensed professional MMA fighter and I still compete to this day. I teach boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and MMA. Over the years of training I've discovered my love for coaching. My first coaching experience started 5 years ago in the group fitness industry teaching and managing gyms like Rumble Boxing and Undisputed Boxing. So whether you're brand new to martial arts or have fight experience, I'm here to help you achieve your goals.
