Darnell was on time and went above and beyond my needs. The chairs were so clean they looked brand new. All stains including slime stains on the carpet from my customers, we're removed. It smell awesome in the office. I'm ready to have him clean my car interior. I highly recommend

This company is a true find. We were about to get rid of our carpet because we could never get it clean or get rid of the stains. Darnell at fresh & neat cleaning care was instantly responsive to my initial placement on thumbtack (which I liked) and was over the very next day to see what I had lined up for cleaning. I have a very large sectional that had about 3 years of dust and grime to remove, 1 10x12 carpet and a host of smaller 8x5’s and 5x2’s, the runner on our stair case plus a sofa bed. He took the rugs first and returned them within the decided time frame (I wasn’t in a rush but appreciated how he ensured our time lines were maintained) and on the day of delivery washed and cleaned up the couches (both pottery barn). I don’t have before and after shots unfortunately but I WANTED to write this review! They look spectacularly clean! Everything! These are afghan rugs that needed some TLC and darnell totally came through. It was all so well done that I asked him to take another 8 x4 for cleaning as well. More importantly he gave me excellent pricing- Great value for money. Plus he and his crew wore masks and left their shoes outside which I wholeheartedly approve! Totally recommend!
