The exterminator came to my house yesterday and did an amazing job. He was very professional, experienced, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I had a yellow jacket problem, they were getting under my siding and stone work. My Technician there promptly and was knowledgeable and professional. He took his time assessing the problem and coming up with a solution. The bees are gone and I would use them again in the future. Very happy with them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we give a 20% discount on any 1st job with us, and we also give referral bonuses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get hired by a new customer we explain what it takes to get rid of the problem, explain the guarantees and the likely things to watch out for if any.
On the day of the service, the technician also takes his time to explain the process, then we usually ask our customers if they do have any concerns, so we could have all likely concerns taken care of before we get started.
We understand it could be overwhelming when you're faced with a pest problem(s), but we'll try our best possible to make it an history in no time.
NOTE: There's nothing like FOOLISH QUESTION(S), we'll patiently address every of your concerns if any before we get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got a Bachelors Degree. I enrolled at a Pest Control School in Queens few years back, I took the state Exams with the (DEC) in Pest Management and got licensed.
