Alicia was willing to reassure me that the resume was going to have everything I wanted in my resume. I had issues with other resume writers, nobody wanted to give phone calls and updates. It seemed like others wanted you to do the resume on your own, not Alicia though, we had several phone conversations where everything was cleared up and everything was smooth like it should be!!! Thanks Alicia, I will surely be using her services again!!!
