- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Daily pricing is available with flexibility on the duties. Customer must be honest & not try to haggle to increase duties after agree on price. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Contact via Thumbtack, in person site review if customer is unaware what is needed to price correctly. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?trained under the supervision of a second generation arborist over five years, looking forward to training in special capacities on new equipment and doing business at higher levels with commercial entities.
