I was very happy with the service from Wayne Lee. He diagnosed my 10 year old microwave with thorough evaluation, explained to me in detail on tests that he performed, and gave me solid recommendation on what I should do. I will definitely will use him again... although I sure hope none of my other appliances break anytime soon!

Wayne was great he responded to my request and was available to come check out my dishwasher the next day. I thought he was just going to check out the issue and schedule a time to come back to service the dishwasher but he diagnosed and repaired the issue in 1 hour. Would hire again.

Wayne came to my house today and helped fix my oven, microwave and dishwasher. We learned a lot from him about how to take care of our appliances so they last forever. He was affordable and prompt. He wore a mask the whole time and made sure he explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He was done with all the work within an hour and answered a few other questions.I noticed previous reviewers mention pricing and that he's not honest. I found him to be very honest, as a consumer I asked what the consultation fee was and when he was here I asked before he started what the price would be. All in all I am very pleased with the work and Wayne is extremely helpful and genuine. I will be using him for all future appliance needs.
